A Border Patrol agent in Texas is lucky to be alive after being shot at by a suspected human smuggler. The agent was trying to pull the smuggler over on Sunday near Del Rio when the suspect fired a few rounds and hit the gas. The car was stopped by spike strips and the smuggler fled, but he was later caught. Six illegal immigrants found inside the vehicle were also arrested.
