A San Antonio firefighter is facing a 20-day suspension after he "mooned" a San Antonio police helicopter earlier this year. Back in April, Engineer Carthel Williams pulled the prank while on-duty and in full uniform. He was busted for violating SAFD rules dealing with conduct, negative public image, and inappropriate behavior. Williams was suspended indefinitely last month, but his punishment was later reduced.
