Texas health officials say "The time to vaccinate willing individuals is now." Dr. John Hellerstedt of the state Health Department wrote a letter saying there may be "unnecessary delays" in administering the vaccines. His letter came while monitoring the data reported from health centers as to when vaccines were administered. He says "every day a vaccine sits on a shelf is another day that prolongs the pandemic that is hindering our state's economy and way of life."
