Officials with UT Health San Antonio are urging the public to be "COVID cautious" as Christmas and New Year's approach. San Antonio and Bexar County are seeing record-setting days for case numbers as the virus spreads within households. Dr. Fred Campbell acknowledges that it's not practical to have absolutely no contact with anybody over the holidays. He says the next best approach continues to be masks and social distancing. The coronavirus vaccines are in San Antonio, but aren't yet available to the general public.
