A man is in police custody for reportedly threatening a North Side church and its members. Officers arrested 35-year-old Mark Chouinard on Friday on a charge of making terroristic threats. Chouinard met a woman last month at Healing Place Church. He contacted her via Facebook several times until she asked him to leave her alone. He then reportedly sent her a message threatening to attack the church with "bullets flying." Chouinard also reportedly sent threats to the pastor, who took him seriously and told the police.
