Bears Blast Texans To Snap Six-Game Skid

Mitchell Trubisky threw three touchdown passes, all in the second quarter, as the Bears blasted the Texans 36-7 in Chicago. Trubisky finished 24-of-33 for 267 yards passing. David Montgomery had an 80-yard touchdown run and ended with 113 yards on the ground for the Bears, who snapped a six-game losing streak. Chicago is now 6-and-7 on the season. Deshaun Watson was 21-of-30 for 219 yards and a TD for Houston, which fell to 4-and-9 with its second straight loss. Watson also had 38 rushing yards, while Buddy Howell added a team-high 42 rushing yards on 11 touches in defeat.
