The future of construction of the border wall in Texas is unclear under a Joe Biden administration. Texas Congressman Henry Cuellar has sent a letter to the Biden team, asking for a halt to an emergency order that diverted military construction funds to the border wall. Cuellar also wants wall-related land seizure lawsuits to stop. Cuellar adds that Biden has promised not to build another foot of fencing to protect the southern border.
