House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says a number of House races remain unresolved across the country.
If she wins another term as Speaker, Pelosi will likely preside over the slimmest Democratic majority since World War II. She told reporters that Democrats regained the House majority with a "very deep victory" in 2018 and said President Trump "got out his vote" this year, affecting some House races.
Trump was not on the ballot in 2018.
Meantime, Pelosi noted that Democrat Joe Biden has been projected as the winner of the White House. Pelosi argued that Biden will have a mandate to govern with more than 78-million votes in his column.
