Police are investigating the discovery of some human bones near a nursing home on the city's Southeast Side. Somebody visiting a relative at the Rio at Mission Trails nursing home found the skeletal remains late Wednesday morning in the woods behind the building. Because of the advanced stage of decomposition of the remains, the person's sex hasn't yet been determined. Police combed the area looking for more clues.
