Andy Dalton won't return as the Cowboys quarterback this week against the Steelers after a positive coronavirus test. He missed last Sunday's game with a concussion. Dalton did not practice last week or fly with the team to Philadelphia, but did attend some team and quarterback meetings. Dalton is self-quarantining, and the Cowboys have started contact tracing.
