A man is in the hospital after being shot during an argument outside a Lowe's store on Sunday afternoon. Police say the shooting happened on Southwest Loop 410 near Highway 151. A customer reportedly bumped into a female employee with a shopping cart, and a man on a motorcycle confronted him over it. When the situation heated up, the customer, who has a concealed-carry permit, shot the biker in the leg. Both men were taken to the hospital, one with a gunshot wound and the other with breathing problems. Police say it's unclear whether the customer will be charged with anything.
