Bexar County has recorded a record number of early-voting ballots as of this morning.
Bexar County elections administrator Jacquelyn Callanen said that at 9:38 a.m., the county tabulated 440,980 in-person voters, which surpasses 2016 by over 4,000 voters.
Callanen says they are also receiving a large number of mail-in ballots. So far, she says, everything is going smoothly.
