Bexar County is offering a grant program to provide financial aid for the San Antonio area's hard-hit bars and restaurants. County Commissioners on Tuesday approved the nearly $4 million program. It will offer grants of up to $25,000 to small bars and restaurants in Bexar County that have suffered from the pandemic and haven't already received assistance from earlier city and county grant programs. The application period starts next Monday and will continue for a week.
