A former WWE wrestling champion faces kidnapping and sexual assault charges. A Bexar County grand jury indicted Alberto Del Rio on Friday on one count of kidnapping and four counts of sexual assault. Del Rio is accused of tying up the victim and assaulting her, as well as telling her he would take her son and "drop him in the middle of the road somewhere." The Mexican-born wrestler spent parts of seven years with WWE.
