Metro Health officials are reporting 57,677 cases of coronavirus in Bexar County, since the pandemic began. The latest total includes 262 new cases that were reported Tuesday, plus another 207 cases from the state's backlog. Officials reported five new deaths, raising the county's death toll to a 1,135. The number of coronavirus hospitalizations is up a tick, and is now 230. More than 55,000 patients have recovered.
