Metro Health officials are reporting 53,794 cases of coronavirus in Bexar County. The latest total includes 155 new cases that were reported Wednesday. Officials reported no new deaths, so the county's death toll remains at a 1,068. The number of coronavirus hospitalizations continues to decline, and is now 228. More than 51,000 patients have recovered.
