MLB Wants Live Fans For NLCS, World Series

MLB commissioner Rob Manfred says the league plans to allow live fans to attend the NLCS and World Series in Texas.

Manfred told USA Today the league was "pressing ahead" with the plan, pending approval from state government.

After the Wild Card round, the MLB playoffs will move to neutral 'bubble' sites, with the AL in California and the NL in Texas. The World Series will be played at Globe Life Field in Arlington.

Texas currently allows open-air stadiums to operate at 50 percent capacity.
