Metro Health officials are reporting 53,443 cases of coronavirus in Bexar County. The latest total includes 102 new cases that were reported Monday. Officials also reported one new death, raising the county's death toll to a 1,062. The number of coronavirus hospitalizations in the county rose slightly, to 226. More than 51,000 patients have recovered.
