After a vaccine rolls out, Dr. Anthony Fauci says don't throw your masks away.
The country's leading infectious diseases specialist stressed on Monday that getting vaccinated alone won't be enough to end the pandemic.
He said mask-wearing, social distancing, and consistent hand-washing will still be needed to get us through the end of 2021.
Dr. Fauci warned there's no way to know yet how effective the first coronavirus vaccines are going to be and you can't suddenly stop all winning public health interventions.
