A bill named after Vanessa Guillen will be introduced later this week in the House of Representatives. The Guillen family's attorney says the bill will be formally announced on Wednesday. Democratic Congresswoman Jackie Speier of California and Republican Congressman Markwayne Mullin of Oklahoma will team up on the bill. The Fort Hood soldier went missing in April, and her remains were found in June.
