Northside ISD welcomed 3% of its students back to the classroom on Tuesday. Most of the kids who returned to campus were elementary school students who are high-needs learners. NISD Superintendent Dr. Brian Woods says districts may have revert to online-only classes if the pandemic starts to worsen again.
