Metro Health officials are reporting 46,663 cases of coronavirus in Bexar County, since the pandemic began. The total includes 222 new cases that were reported on Tuesday. Officials also reported 13 news deaths, bringing the county's death toll to 822. The number of coronavirus hospitalizations in the county continues to decline, and is now 366. More than 41,000 patients have recovered.
