VP Pence Hits Dems During GOP Convention

Mike Pence has formally accepted the Republican nomination for another term as Vice President.

Pence addressed the Republican National Convention from Fort McHenry in Baltimore last night, and said the U.S. needs a President who believes in America. He added, "America needs four more years of President Donald Trump in the White House."

He went on to say that Americans "Won't Be Safe In Joe Biden's America." VP Pence argued that Biden would raise taxes and will set America on a path of "socialism and decline." Pence said Biden supports open borders and is weak on China. He called Biden a "Trojan horse for the radical left."

The Vice President went on to say that the administration's response has been aggressive and unprecedented. He also said the U.S. is on-track for a safe coronavirus vaccine by the end of this year. Pence expressed sympathy for families who have lost loved ones in the pandemic. He also praised the heroism of frontline workers.
