President Trump says China and Russia will grab "plenty" of mail-in ballots this November.
Trump appeared on Fox News last night and repeated his unsubstantiated claim that mail-in ballots would lead to voter fraud in the presidential election.
Trump said, "The mailmen are going to get them and people are just going to grab batches of them," adding that China and Russia will be "grabbing plenty of them."
He called it "a rigged election waiting to happen."
