Metro Health officials are reporting 43,164 cases of coronavirus in Bexar County. The total includes 205 new cases that were reported on Tuesday. Officials also reported 11 new deaths, plus another 53 that happened in July, bringing the county's death toll to 519. The number of local coronavirus hospitalizations continues to decline, and is now 720. An estimated 33,000-plus patients have recovered so far.
