Texas is finally letting family and friends visit their loved ones in nursing homes again. They've been restricted for five months with 57% of nursing homes still reporting active cases. But those with no active cases can have visitors outside. The rules for long-term care facilities aren't as tight, with some allowed inside if Plexiglas barriers are up.
