The price at the gas pump is dropping by a couple pennies in Texas. Triple-A Texas says the average price of a gallon of regular unleaded runs around a $1.90. A spokesperson cites the coronavirus pandemic and an increase in regional gas stocks for the drop. The price is 62 cents less than this time last year. The national average is $2.19.
