The Tony Gonzales campaign is declaring victory in the GOP primary runoff for Congressional District 23. After last week's election, Gonzales led Raul Reyes by seven votes, a slim margin that was unchanged for several days. As of Tuesday, Gonzales had pulled ahead by 23 votes. President Donald Trump and Congressman Will Hurd had endorsed Gonzales, while Reyes had the endorsements of Senator Ted Cruz.
