Austin Dillon edged out rookie Tyler Reddick to win the NASCAR Cup race at Texas Motor Speedway. An estimated 20,000 fans turned out to watch the race at the Fort Worth track with the temperature reaching 97 degrees. Joey Logano finished third. Kyle Busch placed fourth, a day after he was disqualified in a postrace inspection to delete an Xfinity Series victory.
