Pflugerville is planning to do major upgrades to help Amazon build a fulfillment center. The City Council approved an almost four-billion-dollar plan last night, for the company to build infrastructure near East Pecan and Highway 130.
The cash will also be used to create "capital investment and primary jobs."
Amazon expects to open up the center sometime next year.
