Congresswoman Sylvia Garcia wants to make face coverings mandatory in federal buildings. The Houston Democrat introduced the Wear Your Mask Act on Monday. It would require people to wear a mask in facilities owned, leased or operated by the feds. The requirement would not be lifted until health experts determined masks don't need to be worn anymore. Garcia explained the masks can be "the difference between life and death" and wants the requirement to be part of the next coronavirus relief package.
