Florida is reporting its largest one-day increase in coronavirus-related deaths.
The state today announced a record 132 deaths from COVID-19.
Florida's virus-related death toll now stands at more than 4,400. Also, the state recorded nearly 9,200 new positive test results, bringing the statewide total to more than 291,000 cases.
Of the more than 67,000 test results received yesterday, over 18-percent were positive.
As of this morning, more than 8,100 coronavirus patients were hospitalized across the state.
