Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton says it's up to each person to be responsible for his own health. Paxton told Fox News the economy can't stay shut down for a long time. His comments come as Texas is experiencing an increase in coronavirus cases and is pausing its reopening plans as a result. On Sunday, Gov. Greg Abbott described the recent spike in the Lone Star State as a "very swift and very dangerous turn."
