Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is not happy with a U.S. Supreme Court decision striking down a Louisiana abortion law. Paxton says the law was common sense because it required abortion doctors to have admitting privileges to hospitals within a 30-mile radius.
The Supreme Court previously struck down a Texas law with similar requirements. Paxton accused the Supreme Court of endangering women by getting rid of the law.
