A man is under arrest for damaging the state Capitol building in Austin during a riot last month. State troopers say 23-year-old Keegan Godsey was one of a number of protestors who damaged the Capitol building, along with its monuments and fixtures, as well as state police patrol cars. Texas Department of Public Safety troopers arrested Godsey on a charge of felony criminal mischief, rioting, and interference with public duties. Several DPS troopers were injured. Investigators are studying videos of the riot, trying to identify more suspects.
