The number of coronavirus patients hospitalized in Bexar County continues to grow, with 628 patients now hospitalized. Mayor Ron Nirenberg says the trends is concerning. 202 patients are now in ICU, with 94 patients on ventilators.
Overall, Metro Health officials are reporting 8,452 cases of coronavirus since the pandemic began in Bexar County. The total includes 638 new cases that were reported on Thursday. Officials reported no new deaths, so the county's death toll is still 104.
