Metro Health officials are reporting 5,142 cases of coronavirus in Bexar County. The total includes 269 new cases that were reported on Wednesday. Officials reported one new death, so the county's death toll now stands at 90. So far, more than 2,300 patients, or nearly 46%, have recovered.
