The COVID-19 Community Recovery and Resiliency Plan now has the go-ahead from San Antonio City Council. The nearly $191 million plan will provide job training, housing assistance, small business grants, and other programs for residents dealing with the pandemic. The plan provides $75 million for workforce development, $50 million for rent and mortgage assistance, $38 million for small business support, and $27 million for digital inclusion. Funding will come almost equally from the federal government and the city.
