More businesses are set to reopen in El Paso today. Bars and water parks can open at 25-percent capacity, along with driver education programs and outdoor motorsport events. Shopping mall food courts can also open as long as social distancing guidelines are in place. Adult sports programs will be able to start practice on Sunday, with games allowed to begin on June 15th.
