The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles says it will reopen some of its regional service centers this week with new health protocols in place. More than a dozen DMV regional offices open today, including in San Antonio. In-person services will be available by appointment only for the same day or the next day. The DMV wants Texans to keep in mind that most in-person vehicle title and registration services are handled by the local county tax office.
