The Bexar County Sheriff's Office says a suspect is in custody for the stabbing death of a 27-year-old woman on San Antonio's Far West Side. Deputies responded to the scene in a neighborhood near Highway 90 and Kriewald Road early Sunday afternoon. Witnesses told them the woman jumped out of a moving SUV with several stab wounds to her chest. She died soon after the deputies arrived. Deputies found the SUV wrecked and abandoned nearby. They arrested a 27-year-old man whose name hasn't been released.
