Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer is calling on President Trump to order flags to be flown at half-staff when the U.S. death toll from COVID-19 reaches 100-thousand.
The New York Democrat said he and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi sent a letter to the President asking him to recognize the Americans who have died because of the coronavirus pandemic. Schumer said that's the size of a small U.S. city.
