An outbreak of the coronavirus is being reported at a nursing home on San Antonio's Southeast Side. At least nine residents and seven employees at the Rio at Mission Trails on South New Braunfels Avenue have reportedly tested positive. More test results are pending, so the numbers may rise. A Metro Health spokeswoman confirmed the agency is investigating the facility.
