A San Antonio family is suing a local funeral home for losing their grandmother's body. The family of 78-year-old Dolores Gutierrez Deleon went to a rosary last Friday at Castillo Mission Funeral Home and found a strange woman's body in the casket. They say the funeral directors didn't know where Deleon's body was and couldn't identify the woman in the casket. A woman named Dolores Gutierrez had a funeral the day before Deleon's rosary, so there may have been a mix-up. Deleon's family is suing for more than a million-dollars.
