Deputies believe Monday's death of a Bexar County Jail inmate may have resulted from the coronavirus. The family of 66-year-old Clifford Childs had him taken off life support on Monday. Childs was in jail on two murder charges. He reportedly had a number of preexisting medical problems and had been on life support since last month, after testing positive for the virus. The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office will make the final determination for Childs's cause of death.
