Texas Governor Greg Abbott plans to reduce some coronavirus restrictions on businesses soon. He told reporters on Friday it's obvious Texans want to get back on the job, but noted there need to be strategies to keep people safe. Abbott is planning to announce the measures this week. As of Sunday, Texas is reporting nearly 13-thousand-500 cases of the coronavirus, including 271 deaths. More than two-thousand patients have recovered.
