Surgeon General Jerome Adams says stay at home orders are working as the nation fights the coronavirus pandemic.
Adams told Fox News this morning that there has been a flattening of the curve in California and Washington, DC. He said it has led to fewer than expected patients in New York and New Jersey.
However, he said it is also important to remember that a lot of people are dying this week. More than 466-thousand Americans are infected with the virus and the number of dead is approaching 17-thousand.
