Disaster survivors in Texas and three other states are getting three months of free rent to help during the coronavirus pandemic. FEMA has suspended payments for those living in temporary housing in Texas, along with California, Florida, and North Carolina. FEMA will notify tenants by mail their rent won't be due again until July 1st.
