Toyota is extending suspension of it's production at its San Antonio plant. Officials have announced they now don't plan to resume production until May 4. The company said the action is being taken to help ensure the health and safety of employees and due to an anticipated decline in market demand related to the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The company says it plans to reopen the plant on May 1, with production to begin on May 4.
