The state is investigating a San Antonio nursing home where eight patients have died of the coronavirus. Officials are trying to find out how the virus spread in the Southeast Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mayor Ron Nirenberg said the city is working with the facility to make sure it cooperates with the probe, but the city doesn't have the authority to shut it down. He says it's a state-licensed operation, so it's up to the state to pull the license.
